Not bad, but...
... I'm definitely not a fan of the round design.
Tried these after a friend of mine recommended them, but I can't say I'm blown away.
The precision is there and, depending on the picking style you prefer, these do have some potential, but overall I just didn't see any reason to replace my trustworthy Dunlop.
PROS:
Ibanez quality, very durable and robust.
Very precise, although of course this depends on your picking styles.
CONS:
The "round pick" design is an acquired taste, I guess, and it simply doesn't work for me.
Plus, when the hands get a bit sweaty, they can get slippery.

Finally
I never got used to regular (triangular) picks, because they tend to rotate between my fingers. Needless to say that a round pick can rotate as much as it wants without affecting the play. Unfortunately the print fades out after a few days, but nevertheless I really like these picks.
