Beautiful instrument with great construction
The instrument is well made and feels amazing to play. The instrument sounds great, and the controls offer a nice variety of tones.
The first string is noticeably more quiet than the other 3 string, but this effect is pretty slight. It could just be due to the smaller string size, but it feels like piezo placement might also play a role.
One tuner was malfunctioning when it arrived, but Thomann was very helpful in sending out a replacement part.

Very cool Bass Uke
so, it doesn't stay in tune for more then 5 minutes, the jack is flimsy to say the least, but the sound and the playability are great.
For funking around the house, perfect!

It's Great Value ... but needs truss rod adjustment!
I recently purchased this UkeBass and overall I would say its great value for money. However It would benefit from a little more checking before it leaves the Thomann warehouse. The intonation is off at the 12th fret and needs the truss rod adjusting. Also the control knob for bass can only be moved a fraction or you get quite bad distortion. I almost sent the Uke back but with my adjustments it is now passable. Thomann needs to address this for future customers..... but having said all this it's still good value!

Surprising Little Bass!
First of all, I am a guitarist who occasionally plays bass. That being said..... this little bass really has possibilities. The sound it can produce is huge going through a decent amp. (I have a Fender Rumble 40.) Since I've owned another "Poly-string" bass, I knew what to expect. I did, however take another reviewer's advice and changed to Aquila "Thunder Brown" strings which work better IMO. Recommended.
