Fast delivery and great customer service before the purchase. I had to make a quick truss rod adjustment to get it playing perfectly, but once that was done it became a very comfortable guitar to play. It reminds me a bit of Taylor’s “Big Baby,” but with a more balanced tone that works beautifully for fingerstyle. The bright top end also makes it excellent for strumming.

The guitar is light and comfortable to hold, with smooth frets and no sharp edges on the neck. It really feels like you get a lot for the money. I paired it with Thomann’s premium acoustic gigbag, which fits it perfectly.
