It is the "One" for a reason
Just got the long waited Gibson Studio Session...and it was worth to wait for. Easy to play, incredibly nice sounds and BB looks actually much better in real life compared to photos. One little punch towards to many of them who say that the Epiphone is not quite a same quality as is not made in US. Wrong: I found 3 different little quality issues on my Gibson but there are none on my Epihone Sheraton II Pro what concerns visual appearnace. To conclude: a very good instrument and I shall be enjoying it for a long time.

Your modern take of Les Paul
Joy to play with huge variations of sound. Phase shift is nice and bridge pick up direct output (for example you can turn volume down for cleaner parts and then just pull one tone knob and you get full output!)

Dissapointing for the price. Buy the regultar Studio instead
The Maple Top i got is absolutely flameless, like the basic Studio. Horrendous, The ebony on the fretboard is a mess, the rosewood may have been a better choice. VERY dessapointed with this unacceptable product for 450usd more than the regular Studio. The sound is Ok, not outstanding by any means. Just a non quality checked and sad 1800usd guitar. I like my IGC Epiphone WAY better. Sorry to admit it. Hope this helps anyone
