My favourite one
Let's start with the flaws :
- The dots on the side of the fingerboard aren't correctly aligned
- The switch turns on itself
Except that, this one is a beast of a guitar! It sounds exactly like a Les Paul should sound.
The various pickup options are very well thought and make it a very versatile guitar. I mostly play on the bridge humbucker but use the splitted bridge and the out-of-phase option for specific applications.
I'm however not sure of the utility of the bypass of the tone pot for the bridge humbucker. But it's there and it's not a problem. ;)
I finally found the Gibson pickups a bith harsh and swapped them for an SH-6/SH-2 combo. The neck sounds now clearer and with a "glassy" touch and the bridge has more gain and is tighter, exactly what I was looking for.
She's now my number one guitar!
