It's worth the investment!
At first glance, this wall mount might appear as a too expensive assesory. But a good monitor needs a strong connection to the ground or wall for diverting resonances. This is what the Genelec Wall Mount perfectly does. It much improves the monitor's performance.
There is no wobbling or loose, my 8020 are fixed super tightly to the wall. I am sure they still do the same with 8040s.
Think of the crap you get in the the do-it-yourself-store for at minimum 40 Euros for two pieces and the worries you will have to fix your Genelecs safely. It is much more fun to order this wall mount and to adjust your monitors easily to your listening position. I don't want to miss it!
