The fabric quality is good but you can't actually use it because it is a bit long and for a soprano uke it will hang it on your belly, rather that your chest. Also, you still have to keep the uke with 1 hand.

The strap is not suitable for ukuleles

The strap is too long (when hooked from the bottom), will not fit any ukulele and the adjustment is only possible from the head/neck part which doesn't make sense
