Fender Precision to Jazz Bass Convers

Basically the neck is very mediocre. The skunk strip is higher along the back of the neck with edges being felt on the hand as it moves up and down the neck. I will have to sand it down and hence destroy the finish. Now that to me is complete rubbish quality control by Fender.

Returned the faulty neck and great help from Thomann. Ordered another neck and live in hope that much better quality control by Fender !! We wait and see when neck is delivered.

In conclusion of always wanting a precision sound but with something that plays like a Jazz then this neck is exactly what you need. Easy to fit and pure quality. Plays like a dream.
