Evans EQPC1 BassDrum Head Protection

I have used many different brands, this is the Patch i needed,
It's very thin, the idea is just to protect your drum head while not changing the sound at all.

So, when you buy a remo head you get remo patch, but remo patches are thick and alter the sound of drum head, so I bought evans patch, and yes they are the sollution, they are thinner so they don't affect the sound but still provide great protection for you drum head, recommeneded!

It's much better to break these instead of the the expensive bass drumhead :) get one!

I bought this patch for the bottom head of my cocktail kit, it does the job perfectly well. Two patches come with the purchase, so I have an extra patch for another bass drum that I'm fixing up.

Bought to test out just to be on the safe side for my e-kit bass drum beater side. It is merely a hard plastic sticker, very thin. No noticeable change in sound or feel (for a non drummer) Was easy to stick on and looks like it stays on the and can "take a beating)
Not for double bass pedals. Came 2 in the pack so might be able to use second for double beater, but more suitable options for that (oval and not circle, so one sticker covers both beater heads)

I've had these come off the head a few times over the years, but overall, it's a great product. Protects your bass drum head from breaking, just like intented. If you play extreme metal and abuse it hard, it might start coming off after a while, but that's not a problem. They're cheap and you get them in pairs.

I always use it to last the bass head life and give som overtone

It’s great but many drumheads already include one, so be careful if you don’t want to spend money for just a sticker.

I like these very much. They are not too thick, so they don't alter the tone of your kick drum, but are sturdy enough to help protect your batter head.
I like that each pack contains two patches, making this even better value for money.

but it could have been bigger for different beater heights
