Disappointing Quality Control
I was extremely disappointed with Thomann quality control, that is the second bass I had to return due to similar problems. The bass arrived with all frets oxidized, a loose neck, and higher frets, making it impossible to play without significant and expensive luthier adjustments and repairs.
The frets were severely oxidized, after removing the strings to replace then, I noticed that the neck was a bit loose and moving, this issue required additional setup and tightening, which was frustrating considering this should have been addressed during the manufacturing/quality control process.
Furthermore, due to some higher frets and a noticeble warp, made it impossible to play bellow the 7º fret.It's a shame since it's a very confortable instrument to play.
