Reliable strings on this price range
Ernie Ball strings have always been a reliable choice for me, and this set is no exception. Good quality, comfortable to play and a nice combination of lighter top strings and a heavier low end. Very happy with them. Great service from Thomann as always.

In reality I have never used that specific set for myself. But what follows is what I would describe Ernieballs in general, They are nice and bright for some hours, then they lose their spark, same review as of the Ernie Ball 2621 follows as I'm sure they behave the same, just different gauges:
I was using Ernie's Balls for years, but later found out that D'addario's last longer, have more juice, and have colorful balls at the end of the strings as well.
Now I purchase Slinkys as test - setup strings for my guitars guitars etc.
I've become such a corksniffer that nothing else than NYXL does it for me.

I have been using Ernie Ball for a very long time, the main gauge of strings is 11-62, but usually I bought Ernie Ball strings of another model more expensive, but I have no doubt that these strings will be of the same quality.

The 7 version
The 6 strings version is great for D tuning, so when using a 7 strings guitar, i no longer have to buy the extra 7th string. Very convenient.

You get what you paid for
These are Ernie Ball strings. They are pretty good. On my Ibanez RGD71AL-ANB with a 27in scale length, I could go to drop F# without any issues

Nice options for 7 string guitars
Classic Ernie ball tone!. Good option for non baritone 7 string guitars. Allows get good bottom end with thicker strings.
