Amazing guitar
It’s even more breathtaking in person. I knew what I was expecting - rosewood fretboard, mental tuner pegs, red cherry finish, but what’s not stated anywhere, at least not explicitly, is that the finish does not use the red veneer like the 61 does, or other Epiphones for that matter. The wood grain continues around the contour of the body is a really rich and deep way that’s not fully shown in the listing images. I’m not sure how they managed to pull a guitar like this off at this price. Absolutely stunning in person, humbuckers roar beautifully.
