Amazing picks. I used to use the classic nylon jazz III picks but switched to these since the classic ones tended to slip from my fingers on stage. These provide better grip and the thickness is just right for me.
They don't last forever, but the durability is good enough in my opinion: they last me about a month each.

They wear out pretty fast.
The grip is good, and also the feel. The tip loses its sharpness pretty fast. I pick and strum pretty hard so it wears out pretty fast. Some people than resharpen and reshape the pick with a carpet. I tried with sanding paper but it takes precision and time.

Brilliant lil' buggers
i love these jazz pick ups, smaller profile is brilliant for lead and single line bits, a bit of bend makes strumming easy. Defo have to get used to them but everyone i know thats gotten use to em has never gone back to regular sized picks!

Review Dunlop Tortex Black Jazz 88
Bought these to try some hybrid picking and thought that the smaller size pick would give my fingers more room - it does help. But I suppose what pick you use it to some people just comfort and others more the different sounds you get sound if your use to the tortex these are fine I personally find them a little harder to hold onto compared to the nylon style ones you can get with a bit of grip on them. Still these are good for that jazz sound.

Great quality pick
The black jazz is one of the best pick i have used yet. Its shape allows great control and speed with aggressive attacks. Sound really good when using it with my mex strat. Looks very solid and comfortable.
