Dunlop 7007SI Ergo Lok Strap System

I bought these strap locks cause I wanted a simple solution mainly for home rehearsals.
I was pretty disapointed since one of them almost tore up after a couple of times that was used.
Their conical shape isn't really practical, too.
Overall, I prefer the fender strap blocks that I bought at the same time, a lot more. And they are cheaper!!
I'm afraid I can't recommend this product.

This strap lock works perfectly well with my Fender Stratocaster. However, it is very difficult to fit to a Gibson and almost impossible in the case of my acoustic Fender. The issue is that the strap pins are not all of the same length and, sometimes, they are actually too short for this strap lock. When it fits, it is great. But when it does not fit well, it might be really difficult to properly close it around the strap pin and it might be very difficult as well to remove it.

The locks are sturdy and work well. It is somewhat hard to put them with thick straps so have that in mind. Overall, they are simple and do their job well.

It died on 5th day. Looks huge and ugly.

A friend of mine had this exact product and I thought it would be very useful because my guitar strap is getting loose. The one I received had much lower quality. It has 2 pieces of plastic that rotate. The one my friend has rotates very easily and smoothly, but the one I got is really difficult to rotate, and after a couple of times the inner part actually got detached and doesn't go back in place very well. It takes a while to properly adjust it.
Eventually it does the job but I'm really disappointed with the quality it. I feel like it's gonna break sometime soon.

Bought these, because the fender rubber strap lock kept breaking. They do what they need to do and haven't broken yet for me, so I'm satisfied.

Useless for me. Tried to use it with various straps and guitars of no effect. My guitars strap buttons will not fit into the hole. Do not recommend to anyone.

I don't know what to think of them. They work, but not as seamless as the round shaped Dunlop pair that I have too. They like to block the motion. You have to squeeze them tight again and then they work as intended. I'm part ok, part annoyed with it.

I am satisfied with those. They are strong enough and not expensive.
