Nice sounding but way too rough!
After years playinig elixir strings I wanted to test new long lasting strings and I landed on DR.
With big disappointment they're as rough as 60 grit sandpaper and this is the first time in 20+ years of professional activity that I had to replace a set of new strings because of how they feel.
I've tested extremly cheap strings and yet they didn't feel as rough as this set.
I'm very disappointed because they're also pricey.
For now I'll keep them in a drawer just in case I'll get robotic hands in the future.
On a side note, they sound nice, a little brighter than Elixir.

Excellent
Adepte des pureblue de la même marque, j'ai voulu tester ces cordes pour une Dingwall ng3. Le revêtement colle un petit peu au doigt pendant la première heure de jeu et puis cela s’estompe et on se retrouve avec des bonnes sensations. On est vraiment dans le registre des DR pureblue, un son propre, chaud, précis. Le tirant me correspond parfaitement et permet d'obtenir un peu plus de tension qu'avec le jeu de corde Dingwall monté d'origine sur les basses Dingwall.

Endlich beschichtete Multiscale Saiten, aber
Ich wollte immer schon einen Multiscale Bass spielen, da ich aber nur beschichtete Saiten verwende (alle anderen halten bei mir nur ein paar Stunden), hat das für mich bisher leider nie Sinn gemacht.
Doch jetzt gibt es endlich welche, Whoop Whoop, also ein Spector Dimension und einen Satz Dragonskin multiscale strings ab in den warenkorb.
Jetzt hab ich den 4 saiter, also noch die nut auffeilen, da BEAD Tuning und die neuen Saiten aufziehen.
Dann die große Enttäuschung, die B Saite rasselt, hab ich bisher noch nie gehabt, heißt Saite kaputt, also muss der Satz wieder retour, und hoffen, dass der nächste besser ist.
Die restlichen Saiten klingen gut, und wirken gut verarbeitet.
Das Spielgefühl find ich auch top.
Ob es jetzt wirklich nur unglücklich ist, oder regelmäßiger vorkommt kann ich noch nicht sagen. Daweil bin ich schon enttäuscht, jetzt hab ich ein neues Instrument, und kann es nicht spielen :(
