I needed to replace a perished cork on a Denis Wick Harmon Mute. I had tried to cut a cork from a block I use for Cup and Straight mutes, but it failed miserably. This bespoke replacement cork is a perfect fit and easy to install. Just make sure to clean off all of the debris from under the old cork with a spirit solution.
