Behringer Phara-O Mini

The Behringer Phara-O Mini is a compact analog synth with a surprisingly warm and characterful sound for its price. It features three oscillators and a fun sequencer, making it great for experimentation and electronic music. While it supports multiple notes, it’s paraphonic rather than fully polyphonic. The small touch keyboard isn’t ideal for serious playing but you can connect it to a bigger keyboard or midi but works fine for quick ideas. Overall, it’s an affordable and creative tool, especially for beginners and producers.

Phara-O is a nice little box of fun. Excellent with a DAW to create some interesting tweakable tunes. Good for bass and leads. Nice filter too... Overall, you get a good starter synth for the money.

For the price it's absolutely faultless, great for any level of player, fits in your pocket, if you want to be that person on the train! Easy to make loads of great sounds. It plays well with others. Sequencer is pretty basic. I have hands the size of shovels, with about the same level of dexterity, so I find the knobs a tad on the small side, though still perfectly useable. Keyboard works well, just a little small for me - but it has midi in so not an issue.
