there is absolutely nothing even remotely in the price range that does what it does. And as long as you're using this strictly to monitor and not pass audio to anything that will be recorded, you really can't go wrong with it. Great for a small portable rig or if you need extra monitor sends for live use; and if someone accidentally wheels a Marshall over it, no biggie, easily replaceable.

Strange form factor

Very hard to make sense in a rack scenario. A bit to high for 1U, a bit too wide for half a 19".
Sound ok but not more. Good functions with shifted sources and double sided outputs.

This headphone amp is the bees knees through a computer - but I don't think it improves the sound through a stereo system or an amp - - - - - but the quality of my stereo system and my amps along with the headphones that I use are not run-of-the-mill - so this amp will probably do wonders with middle market equipment

Zuhause angekommen, ausgepackt, noch in der Winterjacke eingebaut, angeschlossen und wooow.... Preis-Leistungs-Hammer! Super Verarbeitung, wenn auch aus Kunststoff.

Die Klang ist tadellos, die Bedienung intuitiv und die Verstärkerleistung mit einem Beyer Dynamic 770 Pro 250 Ohm ist hervorragend. Das Set wird von einem D&R Airence gespeist.
Zuvor wurde das Studio mit einem AKG K181DJ über 10 Jahre ohne Vorverstärkung betrieben. Da dieser nur die 80 Ohm hat war der Beyer zunächst ein wenig zu kraftlos.

Dies wurde jetzt durch den Vorverstärker wieder ins rechte Licht gerückt. Ich muss nun nicht länger mit fast voller Leistung aus dem Mixer raus. Im Gegenteil: Das Kopfhörer Ausgangssignal ist ca 10% niedriger als vorher und der Vorverstärker ist bei ca 65%.
