Not vastly impressed with the sound, I use it last night in a sound bath session and it didn't really stand out... but its an okay gong for the size. the string has to be cut off and a longer one added if you plan to use this gong with a stand.

For its small size, this Moon gong produces some incredible sounds. I've been playing it every day and am still surprised by the depth of some tones. It's size and weight makes it ideal for walking techniques too. The sustain is ample from a single stroke and with a few quick light strokes, it delivers a beautiful shimmering sound which makes me think of moonlight on water.

Ideal size with powerful sound for use in Sound Therapy either one on one or in a group sessions alongside other instruments. Easy enough to carry and walk around a group. Love the fact that it has its own frequency and looking forward to using it my work. Highly recommend this Gong
