Four Screws...
This is a good solid stand, and I can attach it to any otherstand I like, but it's not a quick job to detach it, as you have to fully take out 2 of the 4 screws to slide it off... unless you want to keep the ball joint attached to the back of the unit.

Works as intended!
I have tried many different ways of mounting my SPD-SX PRO and I always come back to this one. It just works, in my experience.
