Additionally, the handheld transmitter features the "Long Range" (LR) mode and the proprietary SeDAC audio codec Found on the legendary Digital 9000 series. The SeDAC codec ensures flawless sound quality and optimum dynamics.

The SKM 6000 A5-A8's intermodulation-free design operates flawlessly using an equidistant frequency grid. This results in remarkable spectral efficiency and maximum channel density, achieving truly outstanding transmission quality. Operating within the frequency range of 550MHz to 638MHz, providing an 88MHz bandwidth, the SKM 6000 A5-A8 adheres to AES-256 and Digital 9000 standards for signal encoding. The "Link Density" (LD) mode, coupled with the efficient SePAC audio codec, enables the use of up to five channels per MHz of bandwidth. Additionally, the optional BA 60 lithium-ion battery ensures a runtime of up to 5.5 hours. The SKM 6000 A5-A8 can also be equipped with commercially available batteries.

About Sennheiser
In June 1945, Prof. Fritz Sennheiser founded the Wennebostel Laboratory, which initially produced measuring equipment.
