Really light and sound better than my X2's
JHatton, 26.12.2020
Use:
Mainly at home for music and gaming.

Pros:
Much lighter than my previous headphones (Philips X2's), Imaging is amazing and even more precise. You are easily able to point where anything is coming from whether it is listening to music or gaming. QuIte easily driven using a G5 currently and doesn't have any issues on low gain.

Cons:
The only major issue is it isn't as comfy as people lead others to believe, compared to my X2's they are quite harsh on the clamping force and the ear cups aren't the thickest and can sometimes if not placed correctly rub on your ears. Some people with bigger ears might want to replace the ear cups which I might do in the near future if they don't break-in. My only other gripe is the cable its a bit long and might also want to be replaced with something higher quality and less bulky.

Audiophile headphones
FrancescoDV, 03.05.2021
I was looking for audiophile headphones and after many researches , encouraged by good reviews, I bought the Sennheiser HD560S: they have an excellent value for money, I appreciate their linear and natural sound, with a detailed presentation of the music as it was recorded. Also the soundstage is remarkable a this price, enough large and deep. They give their best with a good headphone pre-amplifier, but also connected to a lap top they show their potential.

Has a good bit of "magic", but has its issues.
vodkadebugger, 30.10.2020
Disclaimer: I've only had a few hours with these and am not a producer.

I use these headphones at home, powered by an iFi Zen Can, feeding it FLAC from my PC through a Digitech RP155 as a DAC. My favourite two hobbies at home are critical listening and video games, so that's my use for them. I also have Audio-Technica ATH-AD500X and a pair of IEMs.

Pros: very clear sound - they definitely give the impression of letting you hear everything in the music - to me they don't seem sibilant but they will cause listening fatigue at very high volumes quickly. I am very happy with the tuning of these cans - very revealing but not tiring and fun if you appreciate intricacies in sound.

Cons: build quality. Casing resonance from low frequencies at high volumes can be very obvious. This might be fixed eventually or never by Sennheiser.

Conclusion: I genuinely enjoy listening with these, the benefits to me outweigh the drawbacks and I consider these a legitimate upgrade to what I had before.

Une claque!
Userlambda78, 07.11.2020

Bravo!
