I ordered this to use with a Windows 10 Laptop.
I set it up following the instructions, but it only seems to act as an external speaker. I spoke to an online help expert and was told it was designed to only work with Serato DJ Lite, even though in the description is has other DJ apps listed.
The Serato web site will not let me connect so I can't sign in to use the controller. This means if the Serato site is down in any way, this controller won't work.
I just returned it for a refund.
Such a shame as I was looking forward to using this.
