Antelope Discrete 8 Pro Synergy B-Stock

The eight discrete microphone preamps of the Antelope Discrete 8 Pro Synergy Core feature a unique six-transistor topology, providing remarkably precise and transparent amplification with a noteworthy 65dB of gain. These preamps also perfectly complement the Antelope Edge line of modelling microphones since they are designed with perfectly adapted frequency responses for the Synergy Core mic-modelling technology, which features an extensive library of all-time classic microphones. The unit’s proprietary 64-bit AF clocking technology ensures ultra-precise and crystal-clear AD/DA conversion, at rates of up to 24-bit/192kHz which capture the subtlest transients during recording and mixing sessions. It also features a word-clock input and three outputs, allowing its highly stable clock signal to be distributed across the studio, or to be slaved to other Antelope interfaces.

Antelope Audio is a manufacturer of professional audio equipment that was founded by developer Igor Levin, who invented the famous AardSync clock generator with which his then-company Aardvark made waves in the world of audio engineering at the end of the 20th century.
