Brilliant Keyboard for a beginner
Andrew822, 02.05.2020
I got this for my daughter to learn on and can assure you its a brilliant Keyboard for a beginner and for the price it cost. I was surprised how good it sounds. Only downside is the very flimsy power supply that come with this keyboard, the wire for that is cheap feeling but ok as its not going to be moved in our case. It also came with a EU plug on it which I have to use a UK adaptor making the whole thing even less sturdy. But still in fairness it has worked fine all along so a small complaint.
The keyboard itself is obviously made of plastic but of a decent quality and can take all the wear off playing the thing just fine. It is packed with features my daughter has not tried because the manual is a little confusing when you are not use to this type of an item. It has built in songs you can learn but nothing to exciting there, also has a learning mode showing notes and chords on the screen although a bit hard to see it is there anyway, It also has a built in drum machine as well as the usual play along patterns and sounds in all styles of music as you would expect from a home keyboard. Yes you can get much better keyboards but it will cost you 3 times the price of this just to get into entry level at the professional end of the market.

High Quality on a Low Budget!!
RyanF20, 11.04.2020
The PSR-E363 is the first keyboard I've ever owned. I originally learned to "play" on an older model Yamaha. I loved using it, so I knew my first actual keyboard had to be a Yamaha too. Although I bought it mostly for leisure use, I do occasionally dabble with music production and recording, so I knew I had to get something that I could connect to my laptop/audio software when needed. One single wire allows me to do so easily! Having played on keys with zero sensitivity in the past, I knew I wanted touch sensitive keys. The Yamaha's sensitivity is perfect! The keyboard feels much stronger and solid than I expected, especially considering how light it is. I bought it as part of a package deal and was admittedly surprised by the high quality of the stand and headphones that were included! Also, when I ordered the keyboard it never even occured to me that I would need an adaptor for the plug (I live in Ireland), but they added an adaptor to my order free of charge, so I was good to go right away! Overall, great product and great service!!!!

Great keyboard
Leonovsky, 23.03.2020
I use this to learn piano and also use it as a MIDI controller for my Windows PC. For my playing it is fantastic, has great sound and many different instruments to use.
Plugging the midi cable in the PC just works, no problems with software. At the time of purchase I did not think about this, but this has no pitch wheel or other knobs, which at the time I did not yet know I wanted to have, so if anyone else has the same thought, the E463 might be better suited for this.

The Yamaha E363 is fun to play and has a good built-in learning suite for beginners.
