A great guitar.

So I've just received this guitar and I've been playing it some hours the last couple of days.

The build quality is very good except for one thing but I'll get to that. Before buying it I had read a number of reviews and watched a couple of YouTube vids.

So it's said that it's not very loud being concert sized etc. But in my experience it is very loud. It might be the strings on it(Elixir). But it is way louder than my Epiphone EJ-200. I don't like the sound of new strings on an acoustic and these Elixir strings are especially annoying to my ears.

I bought this guitar for recording purposes and though I have only done some test recordings I really like it. The SRT system isn't a substitute for a real mic setup. But I feel I'm okay with this and it'll be the sound I use. It is satisfactory to me and what I do and want.

But here is a thing I don't understand at all. As mentioned the guitar is pretty much perfectly build. Except for the polishing of the frets. I can see that they are polished to some extent but do any vibrato and you can easily hear a very annoying "scratchy" sound. It's quite horrible to be honest.

I don't understand that at all and none of my other guitars have that problem. The guitar even comes with a QC sheet. But there is absolutely no way that is correct.

The frets are polished I can see that. They shine. But not polished enough at all. The fret ends are just fine so they have done something.

I've never until now realized how much I actually micro vibrato when I play. But I do that a lot. Playing some chords and then end with some mild vibrato and then here comes that annoying scratchy sound and your heart starts crying.

I'll buy some sandpaper and do it myself so not a big deal. But the guitar came with a very nice gigbag. I would have prefered the frets polished instead.

Anyway. The guitar is great and plays like an electric guitar. Easy to play and build quality is very good(Except for the frets).
