After 1 Year: still Solid - Great cost-benefit!
Fabio Jesus 17.12.2020
It's perfect for my home studio. Great cost-benefit!

I had help to assemble all the parts together and it was very easy. The manual is also easy to follow and I made sure to tighten all the screws properly. The desk feels very solid / secure - no wobbling or unsafe parts.

The keyboard tray is at the right height and it is perfect to my midi controller (Komplete Kontrol A49). I even managed to use my computer keyboard and mouse at the same space.

The part designed for the cable management behind the desk is also very helpful. I don't have thousands of cables laying on the floor anymore and my home studio looks very clean.

The main board is very large and spaceful. I can put my analog mixer and some other analog equipment over it and I still have space.

The rack mount is great. I am using just one of the 3 dedicated spaces. The fact you can cover the holes on the main board, under the upper board, with separate wooden plaques is amazing. Because of that I've gained some extra space for my computer, my external disks and other foolish stuff down there.

The upper board is larger than I thought! I could fit my computer monitor. which is a 34" ultra wide + a pair of monitors and it doesn't feel like it is overcrowded.

Cons
- The wooden pins that comes with it: If I was the manufacturer I would maybe think about another option for such a good desk. For example: In between the main board and the sides you have to use this wooden pins to stick both parts together and they don't do a great job there. Even so the desk feels secure and it's not wobbling.

In general, I am still very happy with this desk! Thanks Thomann and Zaor for this collaboration.

Amazing Desk
Nicholas_sos 16.01.2022
I've had this desk for a couple months now, the desk has great features. It has a large workspace and is wide enough to be able to put a tv, studio monitors and lights on the desk. I love that you can cover the holes, the ones that are covered i use to store files etc. The piano tray is great and I've tested the max load on the tray and still works perfectly, i just keep in mind to not pull it completly just to be sure.

The desk does have rough edges and can be uncomfortable for some, but it doesnt bother me

all in all a great desk to sit at and work

Incredible home studio desk
Emz 08.01.2023
Extremely study, impressed. Super !!!! Would 10/10 recommend. Had to drill some more holes for the pull out draw because I wanted to fit my Yamaha P125 keyboard which was wider than the set holes.. but it was no big deal and I can reccoment this desk for anyone willing to buy it :)

S
Extremely solid budget workstation
Scottacon 20.12.2022
Purchased this to consolidate my setup - I have a fairly wide work room and until now I've been using a combination of IKEA desks and a cheap keyboard stand. Functional, but not pretty, and with no cable management.

This thing is way better than it has any right to be. With a rack mount audio interface and the addition of a small TV riser this desk has been a godsend. TONS of space on the worktop and the keyboard tray is large enough for both my Alesis V61 and computer keyboard with room to spare. Solid construction and really simple to put together outside of a handful of tight spots - you will need a rubber mallet to get this thing constructed. You're also going to want a good multi-head driver - the included allen key works but the length of some of these screws proves to make tightening them somewhat tiresome.

I'm incredibly satisfied with my purchase - this has turned my setup from a chaotic mess into a lovely space conducive to creative work. I should mention that the desk arrived with some minor cosmetic damages (due to shipment overseas) and one missing screw, but Thomann support was quick to address my concerns and offer me a solution that I found acceptable.

J
Expensive but worth it
Jamesdub 26.10.2021
Expensive Desk, but given the amount of space and how sturdy is, I think it's worth the money. Using it for both work (IT) and also music production.

Pros:
- Very Sturdy
- Looks cool
- Large working area
- Height of upper shelf is perfect in terms of both a correct eye-line with a customer screen, and the placement of monitors. I'm using KRK Rokit 5's.
- Adjustable keyboard tray means you can find the right height
- Rack mount areas, if not used for gear, are good to store items like a small midi keyboard (e.g. Arturia keystep), and a laptop.
- relatively quick construction time (90 mins I'd say)

Cons:
- main worktop may be a bit high, but you can't have everything perfect. This is not a big problem anyway if you are using the keyboard tray
- not sure if the keyboard tray will eventually warp over time. A support in the middle of the tray would have helped this.
