Good bag overall
AlexBL 02.01.2018
The bag is mostly used for carrying my JD-Xi and storing it at home.

The build quality is good, it has two pockets on the front, big one and small one. The big one I use mostly for instrument cables and papers (it can easily carry A4 books). The small one I use mostly for carrying the power supply. It also has a two straps on the inside to hold the goose-neck mic.

The bag does what is supposed to do, it protects the synth. The only reason I have not given it 5 start is because it is not water resistant. Because of this I have not yet tried it in the rain since I tend to avoid that situation.

It is moderately thick as well, so it will protect the synth from all the bumps and hits that may occur.

Overall, I would recommend it since it is essential if you plan to carry your JD-Xi as opposed to keeping it in the studio, but for the price Roland could have included a few more features, in my opinion.

PROS: Good quality, good protection
CONS: Not water resistant

Is it worth the money?.. Yes.
Anonymous 26.02.2016
I was hesitant about purchasing this along with my JDXi as it seemed very expensive for what it was. After spending a bit of time searching for an alternative bag I quickly realized that this is made for the exact size of the JDXi and nothing else was going to come close to it.. So I bought it.

First impression was that it seemed the padding was a little lighter than I would of liked, being used to very heavily padded guitar gig-bags, I would of wished it to be a lot thicker..
However after using it now for a few weeks I can tell you it is perfectly capable of looking after your keyboard.
If your looking for a good gigbag for your JDXi then you may as well keep the continuity up and buy this official bag. Plenty of storage in the sturdy front pockets and looks great too.

The price could be better, but that's what happens when you have a brand name printed on it.
I would certainly recommend though and I would buy again if needed.

This bag helps with carrying your precious keyboard. Outside pockets are there for power plug and cables. It keeps everything snug and not moving around. Feels quite sturdy too.

Totally okay for JD-Xi
enderummer 21.04.2020
As it's made for JD-Xi, it does its job perfectly. And it has enough place for extra equipment like cables and so on. Even thought it is a softcase it gives the trust that it would protect it as much as it can. And it is very comfortable.
