Line6 returns policy
Bought this item last year. Had it in the box, unused and unopened for 3 months before i decided to use it. Used it for 3 weeks and the lights began flashing on the pack, and the signal cut out. Sent it back to Thomann, who in turn sent it for a service to Line6. They have informed me that the fault is due to a leaked battery and they will not cover the damage. Repair will cost me €90!! The whole item cost me €139! They said it was a leaked battery, even tho i bought brand new rechargeables for this, and only used it a handful of time.
Along with this absolute joke of a returns policy and the battery door problem(keeps opening, you'll need to cable tie it), i would look else where for a wireless setup. Needless to say, i will not be purchasing a Line6 product again.
