Chainsaw perfection

This in my opinion perfectly replicates the HM2 sound. On top of that, it has many more features to customize the sound. The chainsaw sound is very specific, but if you're looking for it then this is a great pedal. Only downside is you need to get inside the physical pedal to flip some of the switches and change the sound.

Absolutely amazing!

Very good HM-2 clone with (in my opinion) a bit extra. On a low volume there is only very little feedback so great for home use. You probably need a noise gate when it gets loud. Solid build pedal, only minor downside are the small knobs.

A Hammer!

With the massive amount of HM-2 clones on the market and opinions divided between good informed opinions and "fan-boy-blind loyalty-dirt flinging-twoodle" it can be/was a nightmare deciding which pedal to buy. There are a few good demos of this pedal online but once you put it through an amp in person you have no idea how evil this pedal is. I plug it into the clean channel of my Engl Fireball MK1 and the snarl and bite this pedal produces is ridiculous. It really pushes a tube amp to the dark side.

There's 3 eq modes to this pedal 1 being the classic hm-2 setting, the 2nd being the "wurm-eq" and the 3rd being both eqs together. I found that the 3rd mode gives the best of both worlds. The old-school nastiness of the hm-2 with a modern punch and feel.

I use it for metal but with the different eq modes this pedal is a lot more versatile then a standard hm-2 and I'd imagine it can be used for many different genres of music.

I highly recommend this pedal for any fans of bands like Nails or Dismember seeing how this pedal easily handles modern and old-school tones.
