The pedal only unlocks its true potential once you mess with the settings. However, getting a good sound became a lot easier, now that darkglass had the new tone sharing feature!

Ma

A
Microtubes Infinity review
Alex_Millions 10.11.2022
Generally speaking, great unit, if you like using distortion as your only effect it can replpace you whole rig.

Pros: theres plenty of them, go hear some video reviews for the tone posibilities. Being a DSP unit it can be updated via firmware and DG do keep their equipment updated. Headphone amp is powerful enough to be used as a DAC-amp for your computer, but not for headphones/IEMs with less than 32 ohm.

Cons: Some features can only be accessed though the DG app/suite. It is not as configurable as it can be regarding the signal path, BUT, this could be updated in the future. The app/suite is ok, but clunky to use. And the tactile controls are not as responsive as i would like them to be. For the price power supply should be included and the extra presets should be available through normal switching without an extra midi controler.

Even with all the details that are not as polished as i would like them to be, If it broke down I would buy it again.
