A really nice 7-string set

I've bought these to replace the Elixir's I had on my Ibanez Frix7 FEAH. I find the 10's from Elixir on a 25,5" scale quite stiff and heavy, very difficult to bend and manipulate, so I was searching for some solution. Good old D'Addario did not dissapoint. The feel is really as of uncoated strings really nice and easy to play, which is how it should be. Guitar strings shouldn't make playing the instrument even more difficult for the player.
I have these for two weeks on my guitar so cannot really say how much would they last, although on the package is written 3-5 times longer. I guess we'll see. I am curios how would these compare with Elixir, being advertised as coated as well. Deffinately will update my review after few weeks, to add my thoughts about the life of these. So far very satisfied.

Mittlerweile auf fast allen meinen Gitarren

Ich bin wirklich begeistert von diesen Saiten. Sie halten wirklich lange und behalten auch lange einen, für beschichtete Saiten, fast schon irritierend höhenreichen Klang. Bei mittlerweile sicher schon 20 Päckchen ist mir nicht eine Saite gerissen und das bei meinem waghalsigen Tuning. Der Preis ist natürlich hoch aber das sind die Saiten auch wert. Zusätzlich kommen dank dem Players Circle von Daddario ab und an wieder ein paar Päckchen gratis ins Haus.

Man merkt gar nicht das die Saiten beschichtet sind. Fühlen sich angenehmer an als Elixier Saiten.
